Dumas!! Dumas!!- Edmond Dantes, Athos, Pothos, Aramis and D'Artagnan

What would the world do without Dumas ? I still reminiscence of the days I and my brother watched Count of Monte Cristo and Three Musketeers cartoons on DD (TV Channel in India).
I did read both the the Musketeer series including The Three Musketeers, Twenty Years later,
Man in the Iron Mask and the Count of Monte Cristo.


Cries of "Jackapo!Jackapo! Where are you, my man ? " , "Chateau D'If", " All for One , One for All"," Athos, Pothos,Aramis and D'Artagnan".... It's almost as if yesterday.

I saw a japanese anime adaptation of Count of Monte Cristo- Gankutsuou, which was cool at the beginning and became totally gay later on. I then went to Barnes and Noble and bought the complete works of Dumas.. I have started reading Count of Monte Cristo and listening to some music (mixing a medley of Bach, Beethoven , Mozart, Carpenters! and Savage Garden).

How should I describe the experience ? Not Ecstatic, Not Dream Like.
Simply put - Just perfect and fulfilling.

May Dumas live for eternity.
I hear a cry : "En Garde!" and I hear swords clashing...

Gotta go. Dantes would be very peeved at me if I delay reading his moment of revenge. He did wait for quite some years, after all.
